Shipments and returns
At Urbanloom, we are committed to provide best shipment and delivery experience to our customers. Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our reputed courier partners. E.g all single color bean bags are shipped within 1-2 days while dual color bean bags and other customized bean bags may take 1-4 days for dispatch since they are made on demand. We ship products on all days of the week except public holidays and weekends. We try to deliver products all over India . In case shipment is not possible by our standard partners, shipment will be made by Indian Post. In case we are unable to find a suitable courier partner for your shipment, a complete refund will be processed against your order.
We believe in providing FREE shipping to all our customers. Once we ship the product, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
At the time of delivery, please ensure that the product is not damaged in transit and is in good shape. In case the package is visibly damaged please do not accept the courier and report the issue to urbanloom immediately.
Urbanloom promises 100% repair/replacement guarantee in case of a manufacturing defect. If any manufacturing defect is found after receiving the order, customer will need to raise a request for replacement within 2 days of receiving the product. If your replacement request is approved, you could send us the product back . The product should be in unused condition with the original product tag if any. A standard shipping fee of rs 100 will be reimbursed to the buyer upon receipt of the product in aforesaid condition (not applicable to used products) and a new piece will be dispatched within our standard dispatch window subject to availability of the piece. If urbanloom is unable to provide the replacement, we will process a complete refund to the customer.
Due to recent COVID - 19 pandemic , the shipping delays may happen for reasons which are beyond our control. Any disputes arising out of covid-19 situation will be reviewed by our team and necessary actions will be taken on case to case basis.
